This policy explains how the independent Stage Tour Wiki handles information when you browse the site or contact us. The site does not require an account, does not offer public comments and does not ask for payment information.
Information processed when you visit
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Like most hosting and security providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, referring page, security signals and response status. This information is used to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and understand aggregate traffic. Cloudflare's handling of data is described in its privacy policy.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor chooses to allow analytics in the on-site privacy control. Google Analytics may receive the page URL, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser characteristics, referral information and interaction events. The site does not intentionally send names, email addresses or other directly identifying contact information to Google Analytics. If analytics is declined, the analytics tag is not loaded. Your preference is stored in your browser so the site can remember the choice.
Email messages
If you email contact@stage-tour.wiki, the message may include your email address, display name and anything you choose to write or attach. That information is used to answer the message, assess a correction or rights request, prevent abuse and maintain a reasonable record of important editorial decisions. Do not send passwords, payment details, beta keys, account credentials or private order information.
Cookies, local storage and advertising
Essential browser storage may be used to remember privacy preferences and basic interface state. Analytics storage is used only when analytics is allowed. You can clear site data in your browser to reset these choices.
The site does not currently display Google AdSense advertising. If advertising is enabled in the future, third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies or use web beacons, IP addresses and similar identifiers to serve, measure and limit ads. Before personalized advertising is enabled where consent is required, the site will use an appropriate consent platform and provide the required controls.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, measure or operate the site; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users, the site or others from abuse. Personal information is not sold. Technical logs and analytics data are retained according to the settings and operational needs of the relevant service. Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, editorial record, rights issue or legal obligation.
Your choices
You can decline analytics in the privacy control, clear stored preferences in your browser, block cookies through browser settings, or use browser privacy tools. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Send a specific request to contact@stage-tour.wiki. We may need enough information to identify the relevant message or record without collecting unnecessary data.
Children and policy changes
Stage Tour Wiki is a general-audience game reference and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so it can be reviewed. This policy may change when the site's services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
