For official account, preorder, beta invitation or hardware warranty support: use the support channel listed by the company that sold or operates that product. We cannot access player accounts, orders, beta entitlements or warranty records.
What to include
- Page correction: the page URL, the text or row that needs attention, and a public source with its publication date.
- Controller report: controller model, original platform, Stage Tour platform, wired or wireless connection, receiver or adapter, and the game build tested.
- Setlist update: song title, artist, base-game or DLC status, reveal source and reveal date.
- Rights request: the specific image or text, your relationship to the work, and the requested action.
- Site problem: page URL, device/browser and a short description of what happened. Do not include passwords or private account data.
Response and privacy
Messages are reviewed for site maintenance and corrections. A response is not guaranteed, but clear reports with a reproducible detail or direct source are easier to act on. Email addresses and message contents are not sold. They are used to handle the request, maintain a correction record when necessary and meet legal obligations.
